buying an audi a3 question

hi guys, hope you can help me here. i'm looking at buying an audi a3 2.0 tdi, probably a 3 or 4 year old ex-company car with 100-120K miles on the clock. is there anything i should watch out for here?

also, at that mileage, the timing belt (i think it's a belt) should have been changed once, but when would the 2nd change be due?

The usual Excessive turbo noise. Smoke. Pulling to the side etc.

75,000 miles or 5 years after it was last changed.
