If you or a friend has access to workshop facilities there may be a chance of using the next size up bolt to attach the wheel at the failed location.
It will require drilling and tapping at the useless position and maybe opening up the wheel hole to the larger size and having a new bolt, the head of which could be trimmed to fit your wheel spanner if the head is recessed into alloy wheels.

Any decent Engineering company should be able to put in a Helicoil or insert repair. If this is done make they secure the insert with a high strength Loctite. ( e.g. 603 ). If you call your local engine rebuild speciallist they should be able to point you in the right direction. Don't use the next size up bolt method as this will not have the correct seating contour under the head to suit your wheels. Also wheel bolts are not standard pitch threads . They are fine thread bolts to make sure that they do not come loose.Substituting the original bolt with a standard coarse thread bolt is not recommended and also may affect the wheel balance . Thus you may have to have a wheel balanced specifically for the oversize bolt. This wheel couldn't be used on the other hubs.
