    Default mil status off – 04-08-2010,05:15 PM
    Thought i would try out my new vag 405....I have no engine light on or codes stored YET when i go through the menu it states that the MIL STATUS IS OFF
    Is this normal?

    yes its saying the MIL light is off

    when you get a fault code your diag tool will give you a code and the mil light status will change to on ................hopefully......................... ...........
