    Hi guys,

Is there any preference or what is the induction kit to fit to my 1.6 8l. I've been told metal gauze, k&n, and k&n panel. I've also been told none because they wreck the maf. Has anyone fitted any of the above without any problems?

I've also heard lots about wrecking the maf.

It's not worth the risk for what is apparantly a minimal power gain. Better to just fit a new oem filter.

I'm still undecided, I'm having enough problems at the minute with the car so might leave the induction debate for another time. I think your right NickPicks, standard filter it is.
