    Question Will workshop manual tell me the same as the owners manual – 31-07-2010,07:26 PM

    I recently bought an Audi A4 TDi Sport, 2002 model but it didn't have the owner's manual with it. I can buy any number of workshop manuals, but haven't been able to find a relevant owner's manual.

    All I really need to know is, if I buy a workshop manual will it tell me how to operate all the gadgets and gizmos on the car, or will it just tell me how to fix or replace them?

    Anyone any idea?

    Hi a workshop manual will only tell you how to trouble shoot and disassemble and re assemble the car if you want to know about operating the features and functions a owners manual will do that.
