    hey. just got a quote from dervdoctor to remap my 97 golf tdi. it was 350+vat just wondered what there work was like and if anyone has got there's done cheaper from other company's? also what other mods could i do to get a bit of extra power without working the engine to much. cheers d~lo.

    Try Superchips, drop an E-Mail and say you were referred by a TEC member, they will normally sort you out and not charge you full outside whack.

    You can also look at a new Air Filter for the vehicle that can increase the power by <5 BHP.

    If you're still serious look towards a new exhaust system, De Cat Straight through pipe ( Will still need the cat for MOT's )
