I just got a quote for mine 1.8t cabrio from an independent. Its the same engine but mine is a quattro. I was told that either the clutch or the clutch and dual mass flywheel would need replacing but they wouldn't know which until they'd got it apart to have a look:

    Clutch only £350.00 inc VAT
Clutch and flywheel (replacing dual mass with solid) £720.00 inc VAT
