Heater Blower is usually the connection on the plug to the motor. Remove covering over motor housing with fan `ON`, and move plug about to check. Usually its the motor faulty if it starts to run. Also, the Rehostat is located in the housing too,up at the top. This can fail, but usually speeds 1-2-3 dont work, but 4 will. Pollen filter may be clogged if not clearing screen. Located centre of engine bay, just below windscreen(slide off black cover,2x spring clips).
Headlamp fault could be the plug on the headlamp, or, the wiring inside from the plug to the bulb.
Parking Lamp inop...are you moving the stalk up or down once `p`is selected on stalk? To select n/s or o/s parking lamps?
    Hope this helps !

When you look at the heater blower unit under the bonnet, there is a fabric velcro cover over the whole unit. Peel this off the housing and you should see plug under the fan. Just next to battery tray level. 2 wires on the plug. There is nothing else down there so it should be easy to locate.

It seems like the motor is faulty at the plug connection- common fault. I`d go for a motor rather than bushes unless you can rule out the connection being at fault.

ive removed the heater blower from the van .

hooked on two wires to terminals then onto a car battery .

heater/blower problermatic.. ie works then doesnt. i rotate by hand then to battery it works again

    could it be bushes?

you say common fault motor faulty at terminal .. do i need to change the motor or terminal ?

    or bushes?

Change the Motor, its all contained within it, so, just as easy. You may source some bushes for it and the fault could have been in the connection !
