audi A3 8p, need to recode ESP ???

Hi

2004 a3 1.6. (BGU engine)

The cars been sitting for 2 months, went out today and started it.....ESP light came on and stayed on. Disconnected the battery for 20 min....fault remains.

Ive accessed the abs and motor ECU.

error codes displayed...and unclearable (via can commander 5.1)
0522 engine control (in abs)
4664 Engine control unit incorrectly coded (in motor)

How do i recode to clear these errors ??

Car drives fine...abs works fine.

Try driving the car slowly in a straight line, then full left hand lock followed by full right hand lock. Straighten and come to a stop. Turn engine off and then restart. This works for an 2005 A4 so think it should be the same for yours. Hope it works

Problem solved.
Coding for ECU and ABS/ESP found on a previous diags printout from a dealer.

ECU code - 71
ABS/ESP code - 19077
