    Hi all...!

Can I have an opinion about where to source a second hand or cat back system for a 2005 S4.... Audi want an arm, leg and a torso for the privilege.... and I prefer the standard setup to aftermarket stuff, even Milltek or H+S.

And how much should I pay !

Well your average local exhaust centre will sort you out for a better price than Audi would do. If you've got some ramps & spanners why not even do it yourself! A car spares specialist eg Camberley Auto Factors sell to trade & retail, recent price on replacing a back box on the Mrs's Astra £25.94 inc VAT!! Other thought for you is a custom built stainless steel exhaust. Google or use the yellow pages to find a local company who build them, price is good generally & because they're custom built you can specify an original spec and being stainless steel it'll last you a lot longer! This is what i've done on my last 2 cars to great effect.
