My 1st thread on here so Hello all...........

Right question..........I have worked on VW's before and have a little job on my brother-in-laws one tomorrow to change 2x CV Gators (wheel end) and a steering track rod end.I have changed all of the above on fords before but was wondering if there was much of a difference in the removal process of the cv joint before i start stripping it all down and get stuck with a big mess and he gets stuck with no car.

    Any help would be gratefull.........
