I've got the electric folding mirrors on my car. Does anyone know if they can be set to automatically fold in when you use the remote to lock the car?

Short answer - no. Nor would I want mine too either. I imagine there might be circumstances in the winter when mirror mechanisms that might be frozen up would not take too kindly to having to keep on folding everytime I locked my car.
Anyway I don't want to accelerate wear and tear on this useful feature by them forever closing and opening.
But,hey, this is just my personal opinion!

No they can't. A few folk working on modding them to get them to try and fold on using the keyfob but so far I don't think they have had success.

I, for one, would find it useful if they would auto-fold on lock/unlock.

Another mod should be to not allow them to fold in while the car is in gear/motion. Once or twice now I've inadvertently turned the internal control one rotation too far and had them fold in. Not good while in motion!.
