re-mappers

hi all, has anyone any feedback or experience of a firm called 'pendle performance', (the actual mappers' name is martin)?
they are vw/audi experts and i've had a price of £195 all in to take my mk. 4 golf tdi 130 to around 170bhp.
the feedback on their site looks ok, but as always you never know if they are pukka feedbacks or their own staff posted on there (i'm an old cynic).
i have e mailed them direct and they appear to know their stuff, price is good too @ £195 flat rate, but i have seen remapping for double this and more whilst i've been googling for remappers, so i am just after any comments if anyone has used them yet, if cheap = c*ap then it's no good.
also, i'm in mid-wales, does anyone know of any similar outfit near to me or the shrewsbury / telford area?
