a4 2.0 tdi blb glow plugs

Hi could anybody shed some light on the fault below i keep getting,i have the full VCDS kit [not really competent with it yet] the only prob i have is a slight misfire on light throttle that goes if you put your foot down,i was advised that it needs a software update [2005 car] but cant get any local dealers to do it.If it is a glowplug from the front of the car where is num 3 cyl and is it easy to change.
