    Hello all,
I am relatively new to the VW brand and have just ordered a new Polo GTI, tentatively, with the optional RCD 510 radio upgrade along with the optional DAB, instead of the standard fit RCD 310 radio.

I also want to have bluetooth phone capability, but it is not listed on VW's pricelist/option sheet (print error or the cars space issues..?) and so far am awaiting the dealers reply wheather fitting the factory bluetooth system is possible on the Polo.

My reason for wanting to go down this route is that I assume that if it is all factory fitted it would all have the most recent software/hardware upgrades in an integrated system so being able to fully utilise the features of the RCD 510 and the Multi function steering wheel.

I would appreciate any opinions on this so as not to make any expensive mistakes.....thanks.

RCD510 is well worth the money.

I'd be very surprised if you can't have Bluetooth, I thought I saw it was an option when playing with the configurator tool on VW's website.

Retrofitting is a very costly option, so I think you're right to go factory fit.

I imagine the RCD510 will also help with the re-sale value in years to come for you.

Ordering my Polo GTI and urgently need some definate answers from the right owners here. The UK dealer told me the Polo GTI does not come with the "Multi Function Steering Wheel" Option and "Bluetooth" Option. Is this true? Last but not least, is the 2011 Polo GTI fitted with the latest "Keyless Start" ignition system ...thats found on the Golf? Thanks in advance.
