Need advice regarding hidden finance

You quite clearly told me you'd already contacted VW Finance and they had told you (once they'd breached the DPA) there was no finance outstanding against the vehicle.

What I'm struggling to understand is why the story keeps changing.

Have you got a link to the advert for the vehicle?

They required the account and ref number in order to tell me.

No i dont have a link.

I have to jump through hoops when I ring the phone company, account number, name, address, D.O.B. security question etc
