Adrian was shortened to Aid but years ago when HIV and Aids was suddenly thrust into the spot light and on pretty much every programme, my Mum really didn't like it being spelt with an I so somehow, I can't remember when the I was replaced with a Y

Quite boring really it is the name of my house and i couldn't think of anything better at the time, use it in a few places now.
