I previously posted my VW Passat 2001 130bhp tdi's mileage. I just thought I'd update the milage now, which at this moment stands at 249,811 miles and still going strong.
My A6 2.7T is up to 115,000 now not exactly in the same league as some of you!
My most impressive feat was years ago getting my car from 48k miles when I bought it to 120k when I sold it. 72k mainly motorway miles.
It was a MK3 Ford Escort with a 1.3 litre push rod engine! Have to say it was using a fair amount of oil by the end.
Well the Coupe has sailed through another MOT. And im now up to 206,000 miles. So much for the scrapage scheme, its a bit sad that we probably lost alot of good cars in that cull.
Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI Sport 2006 56' very pathetic 95,596 miles.......
Jeeezz...I'm out as well, ONLY 111,000 and going like a dream (hope I haven't spoken too soon!)
Got a skoda superb 1.9 tdi 54 plate its done 255k and only had a clutch and the flywheel done in all its life, flywheel was done as a precaution aswell, great car for doing high mileages and id definately have another.
