That's a comment you hear quite a lot. I can't complain as they almost matched the DTD price for my biturbo. Close enough for me to go for it. I think it is because Aberdeen has too much money and maybe people don't haggle!
Very true about Aberdeen - I believe Aberdeen Audi are right up there in the highest volume UK dealerships. Over new 400 cars went out in March alone if the tale I heard is true
Dundee Audi bettered DTD by a fair bit when we bought a TTRS
nice to hear all the positive stories from main dealers , guess it s my bad luck that i live near teesside audi who are repeatingly poor in customer service.so much so , i ve started travelling to york , much better ...newcastle poor again ....tyneside audi much better again. i d be interested if any people from the north east agree or disagree with my assessment of the local dealers
I have just ordered an A6 from York. Did the car Wow, DTD etc. first and York matched the best deal. I struggled with getting an on-line deal as we wanted an outright company purchase and that isn't straight forward, lots of hidden detail! I have been back to York a couple of times to check colour, spec etc. and seen different staff, all seem happy to help. Great new showroom too!
