Ok I want you 2 check 1 thing:
measure all 4 wheels using a measuring tape and write the dimensions down
heights of each wheel at level 1 from ground to top of wheel arch
same at level 2
same at level 3
post up the 4 heights at EACH level, Im thinking possible stuck valve, if we have a stuck valve this may give the symptoms you see, the car should lift 25mm every level, every corner
write them down and post here

OK. I'll do it.
I replaced the last valve block because it had a valve blocked with the SLIM product and the system went to level IV.
so before the car would lift to level 4,
but now you fitted a new valve block and now it doesn't lift to 4? did the old valve block have the same exact same symptoms? or is it only since you fitted the new valve block it will not lift to 4?
It's sinse I replace the valve block. At that time the valve block was replaced and the compressor repair kit put in place.
Ok stop changing parts all at the same time!!:) DO NOT fit that lower suspension arm yet, as that will be a new thing to add to the confusion list
so before the new valve block and the compressor kit the car lifted to level 4?
so I assume the valves must be working if it can lift from level 1 to level 3. Does each corner lift 25mm each time? double check this as my previous post
if it does lift 25mm each corner, it must then be the compressor by elimination as it was the last thing you touched,

Suspension arms replaced. The suspension rise and goes down equal for each wheel.

Am new to site looking for some advice, I have an 02 allroad the suspension goes up and down and holds overnight at level but the compressor is so noisy and is running a lot when out on road. I saw the repair kit would this be an option ?

Hi, if the compressor is very noisy best to go and inspect it 1st, if very noisy it can be the rivets came loose from the end plate which is it mounted on, and it will bang against the car body, easy to fix just rivet it back together, if it is just noisy and slow to lift then it could just be the ring worn but best to get a look at it 1st
