I have a Skoda Octavia (2002). I can not open the pessanger door from inside or outside. The door is closed so I can not drill. Can anyone help me to fix this problem ?

The door is deadlocked by motor within the lock mechanism. The motor is not responding. The idea is to operate the door unlock button on the driver's door whilst at the same time hitting the doorskin with the heel of your hand.
