well, actually yes i can say the same.
oh there is no petrol based substances in it at all, it is purely plant based and totally organic and biodegradeable.
can you say that about your product ?

I have to apologise that my question seems to have opened an old wound on this thread :(
If the service were offered with a no clean no fee clause with endoscope view inside before and after maybe it would get more traction
does anyone believe cars can have a placebo affect. you fit a magnet that we all know does nothing for mpg, but you want to belive it, so you drive economically. all of a sudden you see a 15 % increase in mpg, which just has to be the magnet, so they do work ? i this current climate there are more people getting into hypermiling, driving sillily economically. even old landrovers that can only normally do 15 mpg are seeing mid 20's and diesels that normally see 30 are doing 40. my old disco would do 42 when i tried it and a range rover 200 tdi many years ago saw over 50 mpg under controlled conditions with a pro economy driver. normal people don't and never will get these figures because we are all in too much of a hurry. try doing 55mpg on a motorway. yes you will have a queue behind you but you will see what mpg your car is capable of.
Its a high mileage car that for the last 10 years has only covered small distances an average of 7k a year, the first 3 years it covered 100k miles, I haven't done anything to the car other than terraclean and last week addes a pipercross panel filter, it already had the sports cats and stainless exhaust when I bought it and thats it nothing else has been done to it.
Every car is different some notice a massive improvement, some only small improvement, it wont fix underlying problems if a sensor has failed its dead and will still need replacing there is no way round that, terraclean is more of a maintenance/ preventative service than a cure with added benefits of lowering emissions and improved performance.
Been removed for reasons of including business details??? At what point did I mention business name, number or other form of contact information?
The person in question already had my details I was just informing him of an alternative putting my money where my mouth is.
But if that is unacceptable on this forum, thats no problem...
You were referring to providing a service and charge, thats why your post was edited.
Mmmmmm, possibly, possibly but this thread has gone some way to altering my opinion. BUT rather than go by MPG/driveability/seat of the pants feed back I would like to put a typically contaminated 8v PD TDI on the system and then afterwards, strip it down to see if it has removed the crud that forms on the back of the inlet valves that I have tried to remove in an ultrasonic acid bath and failed, always needing to abrade it off with a serious attack of the bench grinder wire wheel or the thick carbon that fills the EGR valve on the 2 litre 8v PD TDI Sharan/Alhambra which is a typical taxi we often have in. Anything that would move those build ups would cause terrible damage to ANY aluminium based components such as head and pistons. I have used all sorts of fluids such as acid, alkaline and hydrocarbon based types in the ultrasonic tank and nothing will remove this build up without first of all 90% of it being mechanically removed so a quick hose down with magic fluid is going to do nowt!
I would volunteer my V8 for this process with some before and after internal camera shots to see the results :)
What I would prefer is strip down, measure/photograph crud build up, re-assemble, Terra treat, strip down and measure/photograph. That would end ALL arguments in either direction-it would prove/disprove the product in one move. I have NO vested interest either way so I am not stumping up the wedge but it would be easy to find a suitably clogged up candidate and if Terraclean believe in their product they would pay for this test to be carried out by an independent engineer. Seriously, it would end all discussion in one move-I won't hold my breath....
