Does your car have rear wheel spacers. I took mine out and my vibration stopped - although this was always at circa 65mph
******Solution found******
Something you said Crasher, that made me think. Took the car out and gave her a mild thrashing, lots of heavy breaking etc. Came back to the garage and felt the front wheels. Offside was mildly warm but the Nearside was distinctly warmer. Jacked up both sides, spun the wheels and the Nearside was binding. Stripped the caliper, freed up the piston, bled a bit of brake fluid and refitted. Took the car out, no noise, all sorted. It still favours the left hand side under heavy breaking though and when I got back the second time, there is a slight temperature difference in the front wheels so I'll be changing the caliper on the next service (500 miles from now).
Thanks for the prompt Crasher, much appreciated.
