I'm thinking of de-catting my golf Tdi (130) but instead of buying a de-cat pipe could i get 1 made up??
Also how long would it take to fit on my driveway?

you would be better off going to a local exhaust place mate,
i took my old car they charged 30 to take it off and weld a piece of pipe in its place
will a 130 gti tdi pass a mot with a decat on and does it make much difference power wise i have had mine remaped
It wont affect the MOT. No cat on a diesel is perfectly legal.
At risk of sounding completly stupid, why are they then fitted as standard? :confused:Quote:
