A6 2009 LeMans Badges

Hi Guys

I noticed a couple of people mentioned they have LeMans badges fitted to the outside of thier car.Boot and side indicators i think. Mine does not have any on it...is it standered or extra? Does anyone have any pics of them upclose and know where to source them?

Some had them and some didnt. Mine didnt so I bought a pair from Ebay for a tenner.

I need some new ones as the paint in the lettering is starting to wear off. Will get pics later in daylight :)

Heres a pic of mine, as I said above the colouring is coming off but you get the gist anyway. Ignore the dirty paintwork :D

Pre-facelift cars have two badges below the side repeaters on the front wings. Post facelift have a single badge on the boot below the A6 badge (because they come with S-Line badges on the front wings).

Funnily, mine didn't come with the badge when delivered either. I had to get back to the supplying dealer and ask them for it, and they sent it in the post. Could this be a sneaky money-saving trick, I wonder? :)

Given the VAG reputation for penny pinching, that would not surprise me in the slightest!

Thanks guys.I didnt get the badge's on mine.But as I bought mine with 800 miles on demonstrator,i dont suppose I can ask audi for them.

my post facelift 2010 A6 has no external le mans badges just one on the steering wheel. I may make one with my dynotape machine and stick it on upside down and post a pic... I would like some badges if anyone has a linkto a good product.

With yours being a 2010, it will be a S-Line Special Editon, not Le Mans.

And a badge on your steering wheel? Should be a S-Line badge on the steering wheel.
