Demist control broken

I have a 56 reg LT35 and the rotary control for directing the hot air appears to have broken. It directs to feet and the dash vents but won't direct the air to de-mist the screen. Obviously this is a problem on these cold mornings.

Does anyone know how to remove the dash so that I can get to the fault, since it is a mechanical system I am assuming it is a splitter plate or linkage that has jammed.

Where have they hidden the invisible screws???

I do not own a full workshop manual.

Open the glove box,2x screws on r/h/s .Remove the blank under radio,1x screw.Radio out too.R/H speaker fascia out,1x scew,you`ll need a dumpy phillips or an off-set one to get this.Un-clip the panel.Pull main panel out a bit and you will see behind the controls.
