Injector Wiring Loom

I have a Touran 1.9 TDI PD engine code AVQ. Had the emissions workshop light come on so booked it in at the local VW dealership

After recieving a quote for £950 for a new no:1 injector and wiring loom I decided to do a bit of reading on this forum. It seems that it may only be the loom that needs to be changed.

As haynes dont do a manual for the Touran, can anyone give me any ideas as to the best course of action.

I have now replaced the injector wiring loom (for £49 from VW) and reset the fault with my recently purchased VAGCOM, and now have a touran that works again. wahhhooooo
