Removed dash clocks to repair now have immo light and wont start!

iremoved my dash clocks yesterday to repair the lcd (which didnt work anyway!) i jumped in the car today and the immo light (key and car yellow one) is just flashing, car starts then dies, ive had the clocks back out to check the connectors all fine both origional keys are the same, been looking at the pick up coil round the ign barrel but where do the green and black wires go to so i can by pass them just to check they are not broken? reallu urgent as i need the car for work tonight!

disconnect ur battery for about a min same happened my passat its the immobiliser as its done through the clocks
