From one dashboard to the other

Hi,

This is no doubt going to be a silly question for some of you, but if I don't ask, I won't learn.

Here is my dashboard currently:

And here is how I'd like it to look, with a sat nav:

My questions is, what do I need to buy to make this happen - obviously a sat nav that replaces my current Concert II head unit but it looks like the cupholder and buttons have also moved - will I need a new mount for these?

Is it as simple as just moving things around?
