Oi! Oi! Fantastic! Take that White Van Man.
What a bloomin great morning.
Although I wrote my car off in January, I had an outstanding claim from the previous september where a white/blue van man reversed into me and later claimed it was both our faults(!?, he reversed into my side while i was at a junction!).
So I have three months left on my insurance when I get my new Golf in a few weeks, but could face losing my no claims when the three run out.
Not any more!
This morning I recieved a £400 cheque from my insurer with no note or reason for it. I call them up and Wayhey...they claimed it back from his insurer, they admitted liabilty on his behalf, the £400 was my excess being returned and I still have my 5 years no-claims!
About time something went right for me with cars.
