I had the same problem on my pre-facelift A4.
The passenger side window switch had melted icecream in it (pesky kids)
It operated intermittently until it was cleaned out.
One touch also needs re-enabling after disconnecting the battery, by holding in the drivers side close buttons for a few seconds after the windows are fully up.
Cleaned the switch and it works fine now. Thanks ini
