Missing pipe?

Can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a small bore pipe, from the turbo inlet manifold just above the wastegate actuator, to the :confused: please? Picture below is A4 but similar.

Also, are the rear wiper motors prone to jamming?

im not sure what pipe you mean ill grab a shot of my bay tomorrow and post it and you can point it out on that

I think this should just have a seal over it (a single ended pipe!) and its there to provide a point to measure pressure.
