As I have reduced movement in my right arm I have a slight difficulty in holding the steering wheel. The car I have is a 2006 2.0 Tdi SE Auto with a three spoke wheel, I have seen some ads in Auto Trader for B6 with a four spoke wheels which would make life easier. Can anyone throw any light on this for me i.e. what model is this wheel restricted to and why. Could this be a straight swap on my car. Thanks in advance.
My car has the 4 spoke steering wheel, and it is an S model. I think this is only standard on the S. As for swapping them, I don't have a clue, maybe someone else will knowQuote:

The four spoke job is a low tech vinyl thing only fitted to the S model, all other trim levels have leather three spoke.
You can retro fit, its the same mounting, but you would have to get the wheel and airbag.

Im sure someone will swap if with you, i prefer the 3 spoke wheel and would happily swap. Although i do live a few hours from you. I know a mechanic who may do the swap very cheap;)
