Audi Victoria, Mayfair and West London - Same People!

Got a quote for £325 for Vcitoria Audi for my A6 2.6, it is cheap I know, and they advice me the car will be ready by the afternoon!

I have booked it in for early this morning, recieved a call yesterday from Victoria Audi, apparently their call centre has made a mistake, a cambelt and pulley change (no waterpump) will be £620!!!!! and they would have to keep the car for 2 working days, that means Friday to Wednesday, and no courtesy car will be available.

Phoned up West London again, who quoted me a good price - the price that Victoria Audi say they would match. Found out they are own by the same people! Again quoted for £325 for the same service for both Victoria and West London. Phoned them up an hour ago to confirm everything, Audi Victoria phoned back and said they cannot do it for £325, the cheapest they can go is £370-380 for just the BELT!

Now, I can't use the car for the weekend! Thank you ********!
