Voice Recognition - No Function

Hi all,

I have just picked up my A6, it comes with MMI Plus, Satnav and Phone prep. However when I press the "Voice" button on the MFSW it just shows "No Function" in the centre on the dash, I thought this would be installed as part of the phone prep. I have connected my phone ok but via bluetooth & not the cradle.

Do I actually have this function or is it not installed?

Can i get one installed / retrofitted?

You may have limited voice that's part of the blutooth set up. The full voice recognition system requires an additional module that goes into the back of the radio amp that's housed in the left hand equipment bay in the boot.

Try pressing it with the phone menu displayed in the DIS.
