MK4 Golf Kenwood CD Player HELP Please...

Hi,

I have fitted a Aftermarket Kenwood CD Player
The CD Player is working but it resets itself everytime the ignition is switched off.

I believe it needs a continuous feed?? - Is this correct?

If so should there be a wire already in place?

Do i need a wiring harness?

Also What Antenna Adaptor do I need?

The antenna adapter is widely available, just search ebay.

The Ignition and Permanent wires in the ISO block on the Mk 4 are switched around in the factory loom which is why you have a problem. Swap the red and yellow wires in the Kenwood loom and all should be well.
