v6 4motion suspension

Hi all,

I've got the clunckies from the front arb once again, so I think I'm at the stage where I want/need to replace the standard VAG set up (arb's, springs, possibly dampers) because I'm fed up shelling out (what seems like) almost every year on stock VAG arb's and bushes.

It's a 2002 (52 plate) mk4 v6 4motion which I've had since new and I'm not looking to lower the car or alter the ride comfort, unless it's absolutely necessary.

Can anyone suggest an appropriate set-up based on personal experience? (Suggestions also taken on-board!)

Bonus question: are there any reputable companies (preferably around Ayrshire, Scotland) who can be trusted do the work well?
