problems fitting nav+ to a6

got a 2002 a6 estate and trying to fit a nav + in . when entering the code it comes up with nicght anglossen safe which i have been toldmeans there is a wire marked safe which goes to the ecu which is not connected . anyone any ideas or know where i can take the car to be sorted ?:1zhelp:

sorted my problem the safe wire was just a permanent live tokeep the code :approve::approve:
