I was the proud owner of a 55 2.0 TDI se Avant until I noticed a juddering while accelerating in gears 4,5 and 6. This fault only occurs when the revs go above 2500 and the engine is hot. Spoken to a friend who had a similar problem on a Passat TDI, he said he replaced the MAF sensor. Anyone else had a similar problem and what cured it?

mine is 2001 with 71k,so i assume yours has spent a lot of time on the motorway.
despite the cost of "full audi history",it can't change the driving habits of previous owners.it can replace brake pads, but can't do anything against wear and tear on a clutch/flywheel, other than "advise".
which begs the question, how long have you owned the car?

Re: 2.0 TDI 140 SE juddering
Had the car at the garage today big worries over a blocked fuel filter that was only changed about 2000 miles ago. Bad batch of diesel from garage.
Thanks anyway stewy
