VW golf 1.4 s w reg back speaker pannels and front door pannel remove?

Well im undergoing a full system upgrade, headunit, all door speakers. Just wanted to know how to take of the back pannels and front , were the screws are how to take of the pannel step by step.

Im having a bit if a problem finding out wether the speakers for the doors and back pannels will b able to perform properly with the headunit ive choosen.

this is the headunit the speakers ive been lookin at are mostly over 50 rms and the headunit is 208 max so i dnt no wether the sound will be good? im replacing all 4 speakers btw.
