Climate Control temperature calibration
Hello,
I have an A4 Avant 130 TDI with twin climate control. The problem is that when I set the temperature to 18, the actual cabin temperature is around 22. The next setting down is LO which basically runs the whole bloody thing at flat out, which although it brings the temp down is very noisy.
What I want to do is recalibrate the temperature measurement, either by some clever means (something in the computer control) or by finding the thermistor and frigging it by using a second fixed resistor to offset the reading.
Anyone know a) if the clever method is possible or b) where the temperature sensors are?
Cheers
George
Re: Climate Control temperature calibration
Hi,
I could also know is there is any way of testing this..

Re: Climate Control temperature calibration
I have read somewhere that there is a setting in VCDS to change this value.
Might be worth a post in the Vag-Com section!!
