Hi fellow VW/Audi owners

Hi all, Just literally registered and am having a few problems with my 1996 N reg VW polo. been driving two months now and few problems have occurred.

1. my window was smashed by some mindless drunk bod in a town near me. had the window replaced but autoglass told me that 1 of the electric window clamps had come off the rail inside my door and i cant operate the window till it is fixed. Does any now the actual name of the part i need and how easy is it to fit yourself?

2. same door. the central locking doesnt lock or open from the outside but if i push the button down from the inside it does lock any ideas.?
