Door Problem

Hey guys,
have a little problem with my off-side rear door and need some info

Firstly, doesn't operate the courtesy lights when opened

red "marker" light doesn't come on

alarm activates and lights flash when it's open, alarm waits for al other doors to shut before arming

doesn't highlight as "open" on the DIS

Central locking operates fine :)

is this another "brokem wire loom" issue, or is there a switch and where is it??

If it is a switch issue, could it have been caused by a fit of rage in an arguement where the door got slammed shut :(
