Timing belt

2000 Audi S3 Quattro. Just bought a complete timing belt kit from AVS. The kit came with a timing belt, roller tensioner and a smaller roller which fits onto the hydraulic tensioner/damper but no hydraulic tensioner/damper. Should the hydraulic tensioner/damper be replaced at the same time as my timing belt? The kit I bought is a genuine VAG timing belt kit Part NO O6A 198 119 B.
Any help would be appreciated.

just the roller tensioner and a smaller roller normally... however as it a S3 and it may be driven hard... found out how which the addtional part is and replace it at the same time if its worth it.,
