I bought a 1996 gti which had, had a front end ding. The airbag had been deployed. I have read that once the airbag module has seen an accident it needs reflashing this costs around £75-£100. I have also seen second hand modules in various places @ £30 do these need to be recoded to your car or can you just plug and play? Has anyone else on here had to replace an airbag and done this? Any help or advice gladly recieved!!:1zhelp:
