what oil you guys putting in your 1.8 turbos,mines the awt engine on a 2002 model

hi mate,
im using quantum [vws own stuff] 5w-30 longlife.[gold bottle].full synthetic
its a tad expensive,i bought a cheaper version for half the money last week.

are you already on fully syn? get it flushed before changing to this.

I`m running Triple R fully synthetic 5w40.
I change it twice a year or 6k miles..... doesnt need doing this often, its just I like to change oil frequently.
