Replacing a rear Q/light on Sharan

Hi all! :biglaugh:

I need some advise please.
I have a damaged rear window on my Sharan (the side opening one right at the back) I have bought a replacement but now I need to get the old window out.:confused:
I can undo the screw on the opening arm, but then what?

Do I just yank the window from the seal or do I have to undo something behind the side support bar? :1zhelp:
The window is not broken so I don't want to take it out in pieces & I do have to put new one back in.

Anyone know?
