I am a new member. And have a problem. My 98 passat anti theft keeps flashing really fast and the trunk release also is actuating really fast. The key will not reset it. I had to pull the fuse to use the car. anyone ever heard of this?

turns out the fuse for the interior lights was blown causing all the problems
Looks like VW engs have a nice way to force to take a look to the fuses box... driving yourself crazy? :DQuote:
