What size alloys?

Hi,

I own a VW Golf 1.9TDi, Mk 4. I am planning on buying some alloys for it. I was just wondering what size I can go up to without doing any additional work.

Anyone help?

The biggest I would go, which will require no modifications would be 17". This should look good, and give you a good ride comfort as well.

Hi

You can fit 18" wheels, and "should" have no problems, as I have seen quite a few with them on. you may get problems with the rear tyres touching the arches when loaded or a couple in the back.

All depends how stiff the suspension is:D
