Polo L reg - Idle problems

Hello Guys :)
I have been reading some of your posts with interest but none of them are quite the same fault as mine. My missus has an L reg polo 1L. When she is driving in slow moving traffic and slowing down the engine sometimes cuts out. I have too many thoughts on this! I thought at first fuel filter, then maybe auto throttle (It happens within first 10 mins of journey usually) and now maybe that that the engine is flooding itself? The car starts again pretty quickly. Any thoughts will be gratefully recieved ( fault related preferably :p). Cheers guys:1zhelp:
